Buy Refurbish Rent Refinance (BRRR) investments involve purchasing properties, uplifting the value through refurbishment, renting it out and using the uplifted value to remortgage the property. By refinancing, you pull cash back out of the property's positive equity and can recycle almost all of the invested cash into more property while still keeping the improved house!

  • We conduct thorough market research into the area for expected rental demand and income to ensure the property will let with minimal void periods and at a good rate of return.
  • We conduct in-depth study of sales prices of comparable properties in the same area on an average £/sq m to ensure our forecasted BRRR deal GDVs are realistic values.
  • We check local rules and regulations when sourcing. These are based on location and we ensure we are fully aware of compliance requirements and licensing terms.
